Business development and communication skills are essential.</li><li><strong>Network & Market Knowledge:</strong> Networking is your second nature and you feel comfortable evolving in the corporate ecosystem to leverage your current network and create new business opportunities.</li><li><strong>Communication & Negotiation:</strong> Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must. You build trustworthy relationships and can moderate sensitive discussions effectively.</li><li><strong>Strategic Thinking & Initiative:</strong> You are proactive, results-driven, and willing to challenge the status quo to bring innovative ideas to the table.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> Native-level in either Dutch or French, with a strong (C1 level minimum) working knowledge of the other, is required.
