Omschrijving :OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a customer service (m/f) with a fluent knowledge of English and German. Because the opening is very urgent, we are looking for somebody who is immediately available and living in the area.
This company is an international player and is looking for a customer service to temporarily (9 months) strengthen their team.
As customer service you will be responsible for:
- you will manage the orders and process them from A to Z;
- you'll be the first point of contact for clients and help them in a timely and correct manner by mail or phone;
- you will have contact with suppliers and clients regarding stock, delivery dates, pricing,...
The requested qualifications for this customer service position include:
- you have an excellent knowledge of English and German;
- you have an experience in a customer service position;
- you have worked with SAP or a comparable system in the past.
