Payroll Administrator (M/F) - Groot-Bijgaarden
The company is located in Groot-Bijgaarden.
The scope of responsibilities for this job as Payroll Administrator (M/F) includes:
- You are in charge of the correct weekly payment of employees;
- You are in charge of the contract and salary data administration;
- You are responsible for the input of timesheets;
- You will order meal vouchers and ECO vouchers;
- You will adjust the index;
- You prepare the weekly invoices;
- You will fill out social security documents (e.g. children allowance, sickness, work accidents declaration, C4);
- You will follow up the transport fees;
- You will be running reports for Field and Back Office;
- You will folluw up the missing timesheets and send reminders;
- You have to meat all deadlines set;
- You will colaborate closely with the Accounting department;
- You are in charge of filing all documents;
- You are responsible for the external archive.
The requested qualifications for this job as Payroll Administrator (M/F) include:
- You have a bachelor in administration;
- You have good knowledge of Dutch and French, English would be advantageous;
- You can work with MS Office, especially Excel;
- You have a strong work ethic with a positive "can do" attitude;
- You are a good team player, but can also work on own initiative;
- You pay good attention to details;
- You are communicative.
