The scope of responsibilities for this job includes:
- Reception of visitors and clients;
- Sales support: helping members with questions;
- Managing the stock of office material and ordering supplies;
- Contacts with building owners;
- Follow-up of HR tasks: management of holidays, sickness leave,..;
- Shipments of packages;
- Regular contact with members;
- Arrange annual meetings.
The requested qualifications for this job include:
- Very good knowledge of German, English and Dutch;
- Organizational mind;
- Love to work with numbers.
