Accountemps is currently looking for a Administrative and Finance Officer (M/F).
Our client, a dynamic organisation active in human rights, is situated in the centre of Brussels and looking for a new colleague to strengthen their team.
As Administrative and Finance Officer you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You are responsible for processing all invoices and reimbursements
- You will encode and file all the financial documents such as forms, invoices and credit notes.
- You support your team in procurement procedures and ensure that the rules are properly followed.
- You are responsible for processing and monitoring credit cards expenses.
- You will support your colleagues in preparing financial reports.
The requested qualifications for this Administrative and Finance Officer position include:
- You are in possession of a Bachelor in Accounting;
- You have excellent knowledge in English and French;
- You are a strong communicator and your planning skills are on point;
- You are capable of managing deadlines and peaks of work;
- Having knowledge of Winbooks is an asset.
