Accountemps is currently looking for a Administrative and Finance Officer (M/F).

Our client, a dynamic organisation active in human rights, is situated in the centre of Brussels and looking for a new colleague to strengthen their team.

As Administrative and Finance Officer you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for processing all invoices and reimbursements
  • You will encode and file all the financial documents such as forms, invoices and credit notes.
  • You support your team in procurement procedures and ensure that the rules are properly followed.
  • You are responsible for processing and monitoring credit cards expenses.
  • You will support your colleagues in preparing financial reports.

The requested qualifications for this Administrative and Finance Officer position include:

  • You are in possession of a Bachelor in Accounting;
  • You have excellent knowledge in English and French;
  • You are a strong communicator and your planning skills are on point;
  • You are capable of managing deadlines and peaks of work;
  • Having knowledge of Winbooks is an asset.
