Geen theoretische uiteenzettingen, maar doelgerichte ondersteuning aan de verschillende afdelingen binnen Trucks, Bussen en Financial Services, zodat zij hun risico's kunnen inschatten en de juiste beslissingen kunnen nemen en vormgeven. Focus op economisch & distributie recht, vennootschapsrecht, product liability, mededingingsrecht.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Implementeren en handhaven van compliance programma's om te voldoen aan lokale en internationale regelgeving. Ondersteuning bieden aan de lokale business teams om het ethisch zaken doen te bewaken en in de dagdagelijkse werking te laten refleceren. Focus op data compliance, anti-corruptie, HR compliance, leverancier due diligences, export control. Met name binnen de Financial Services entiteit het opvolgen van het anti-witwasbeleid en het opvolgen van alle nodige formaliteiten als AML-coördinator.</li><li><strong>Risicobeheer:</strong> Identificeren en beheren van juridische en compliance risico's, en proactief oplossingen bieden, samen met de business partners. Het voorkomen en, indien nodig, beheren van geschillen in samenwerking met externe advocatenkantoren.</li><li><strong>Contractbeheer:</strong> Opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van overeenkomsten. Het creëren van standaarden en het aanpassen van documenten aan de juridische en economische trends.</li><li><strong>Corporate Housekeeping:</strong> het beheren van alle formaliteiten, documentatie, vergaderingen, ... van de 3 entiteiten.</li><li><strong>Training:</strong> Organiseren van trainingen en workshops om medewerkers bewust te maken van en praktisch te ondersteunen in juridische en compliance topics.</li><li><strong>Samenwerking:</strong> Nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders om juridische en compliance vraagstukken efficiënt en correct aan te pakken.</li></ul><p>De vereiste <strong>kwalificaties</strong> voor de functie van <strong>Legal & Compliance Manager (m/v/x)</strong> zijn:</p><ul><li>Opleiding: Master in Rechten of een vergelijkbare juridische opleiding;</li><li>Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur binnen de automotive of financiële sector;</li><li>Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
