A comprehensive and integrated onboarding experience to support early role success and integration into the company.
New hire training (4-12 months)
An intensive blended training program made up of Elearning, group workshops and 121 bespoke sessions. The interactive trainings are run by top performing consultants who guide new consultants in their development and lead them to success, supporting them to exceed performance standards within their first year.
After the first year with Robert half, consultants are selected for classroom or in Branch trainings to further progress their recruitment skills, including developing client and candidate relationships, communication skills and building trust.
Through an intensive training program, high potentials are prepared for the critical transition from an individual performer to a first time managers role.
