Tender Specialist in Zaventem area

OfficeTeam is currently looking for a tender specialist. This is an assignment to start through interim and to receive a fixed contract afterwards.
Our client is an international company located in the area of Zaventem.
As a tender specialist you have the following responsibilities:
o You will maintain contracts in SAP and communicate latest pricing contract to external customer;
o You ensure that prices get approved and implemented in due-time Based on Regional Pricing Partners' input, communicate new price quotation to external customers;
o You will update Customer Price Catalogues;
o You will make payment calculation, get payment approval and proceed to payment;
o You will understand external customers' complaints related to invoices;
o You'll keep Customer Master Data up-to-date;
o You ensure that the tender documents adhere to country legislation and local authority specifications for bid production;
o You continuously monitor the tender submission process such as the format, timing, completeness, success rates, consistency and compliance with overall requirements.
The qualifications for this position are:
o You have experience in a tender environment;
o You are fluent in English (written and spoken);
o SAP is a plus;
o You are stress resistant and you can work in a team;
o You know how to prioritise your tasks and are communicative.
