Contract Manager Assistant - Zaventem

OfficeTeam is looking for a "Contract Manager Assistant" for a client located in Zaventem.
As a "Contract Manager Assistant" you will have the following responsibilities:
* Input of IT equipment in the database
* Input of contract characteristics in the database
* Follow-up of customer budgets and credit lines
* Communication with customers and sales force
* Follow-up of the validations of the expenses/invoices by the customers
* Booking of customer validated invoices
* Calculation of the economy of a contract
* Follow-up of customer needs/questions
* Follow-up of the end of contracts
* Refinancing of contracts
* Invoicing following the contracts characteristics
* Bachelor level with at least 2 year experience in an administrative financial function.
* Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
* Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel is mandatory.
* Experience in a leasing company is a plus.
* Very good organizational talents and able to deal with urgent matters.
* Autonomous, methodic, precise, proactive. Sharp with figures and sense of responsibility.
* Comfortable with direct communication with customers and sales force.
It's a fulltime position, starting with a interim contract. If there is a positive evaluation after 6 months, there is a possibility to receive a fix contract.
