Description

Robert Half is delighted to be recruiting this Finance Manager role for a leading global investment firm. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has experience with the structure and mechanics of Luxembourg Sarl entities. This is an all-encompassing role to manage approximately 20 entities. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge necessary to understand and manage the complexity of Sarls and will be the main point of contact with our current service provider.


Our client is a global alternative investment firm. He's looking for a Finance Manager.

The Role:

  • Prepare incorporation documentation and all documentation required for entity set up
  • Prepare, circulate and retain KYC information as necessary
  • Assist with opening bank accounts, maintaining cash reconciliations for all accounts and monitoring cash needs with regards to expenses
  • Responsible for coordinating execution and review of Annual Accounts for each entity
  • Coordinate with London/Boston Office in collecting signatures from Managers and/or CFO
  • Will review/get approval for all invoices related to the Sarl
  • Participate in board calls
  • Manage cash/banking
  • Review/deal with attorneys on new service agreements for each Sarl
  • Keep up to date detailed structure charts for each entity
  • Maintain information on each Sarl with regards to entity name, Tax ID, IBAN, authorized signers on accounts
  • Compile maximum balance per bank account annually for foreign bank account reporting requirements
  • Prepare all dissolution documents when Lux Co is liquidated
  • Prepare and circulate Board Resolutions on incorporation, reorganization, recapitalization and exit
  • Monitor the need for transfer pricing analyses and liaise with tax and legal where necessary
  • Monitor the need for CRS (common reporting standards -or similar depending on jurisdiction) filings and prepare necessary beneficial ownership forms
  • Responsible for day to day communications with Luxembourg service provider
  • Preparation of Euro Fund wires
  • Europe presentation materials
  • Ad Hoc LP requests

The Profile:

  • Bachelor Degree required; CPA/Chartered Accountant preferable
  • Must be fluent in English; French and German a plus
