Robert Half Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Executive and Office Assistant (M/F) role for a family sized commercial real estate group.

Assisting the 2 Executives of this office in Luxembourg you will enjoy evolving in a family sized office. The ideal canididate will also manage the office itself in many different aspects (administrative, accounting, contacts with the external providers, mailing, etc)

Daily assistance of the CEO and Legal Director in:

- Agenda management

- organisation of travels

- Emails and mail management

- meetings and emails typing

Office duties:

- mailing

- archiving

- contacts with the external providers

- office accounting and bookkeeping with the fiduciary

- welcome the visitors

- office supply management

- office budget management

The chosen candidate will have to prove:

- perfect French typing and grammar

- very good English skills in spoken and written

- experience in Executive assistance

- Discretion, professionalism and confiodentiality are the main skills also required

- ready to support and help

- high level of communication
