OfficeTeam is currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator (M/F) for a classified Real Estate company.
Our client is situated in the east of Brussels and is easily accessible with public transportation.
As Sales Support you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You are available in order to help the Account Managers to answer specific questions whenever necessary;
- You manage the whole of the administrative cycle of a customer contract;
- You help gather, control and upload the campaign material for each of your customers;
- You manage the end of month invoicing process and you coordinate with each account Manager in order to make sure that the content of the monthly invoicing is correct;
- You ensure that a number of key reports are kept up to date in order to make key decisions.
The requested qualifications for this Sales Support position include:
- You are in possession of a bachelor degree (Administration, Management Assistant, Marketing) or you have proven professional experience in a similar function;
- You are bilingual French / Dutch with good notions of English;
- You are a good communicator (Written and oral);
- You manipulate numbers with rigor;
- You are well organized, you pay attention to details and you are stress resistant;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excell & Power Point)
- You are customer centric and a real team player.
