OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a (m/f) Sales and Administrative Support Assistant.
Our client is situated in the center of Brussels and is easy accessible with public transportation.
The company is active in the hygiene sector.
As Sales and Administrative Support Assistant (m/f) you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You handle the incoming phone calls;
- You welcome visitors and clients;
- You handle and prepare meeting rooms;
- You handle all outgoing and incoming mails;
- You manage office supplies (stocks and orders);
- You prepare presentations, internal and external meetings, trade shows, etc;
- You prepare the agenda of the Managers Meeting;
- You partially handle incoming invoices;
- You respond to customer requests;
- You handle and follow-up on market surveys by phone;
- You assist the sales team with any type of support;
- You handle credit notes;
- You organize business trips for managers;
- You validate new prospects by calling them and follow-up with Marketing;
- You maintain and validate existing database.
The requested qualifications for this Sales and Administrative Support Assistant (m/f) position include:
- You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role;
- You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and French;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel);
- You have strong organizational and planning skills;
- You have a pronounced service orientation;
- You have good written and verbal communication skills;
- You are a problem-solver, flexible and well organized.
