Accountemps is currently looking for a Finance & Administration Officer (M/F).
Our client, a dynamic organisation active in communication, is situated in the centre of Brussels and looking for a new colleague to strengthen their team.
As Finance and Administration Officer you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the budget;
- You are responsible for the bookkeeping, preparation and follow-up of invoices;
- You will provide logistical support;
- You are responsible for preparing interim and final reports;
- Providing administrative support to the team.
The requested qualifications for this Finance & Administration Officer position include:
- Written and spoken English has not a lot of secrets for you, the knowledge of other languages are an asset;
- Strong communication skills are crucial and you have excellent planning skills
- You are capable of managing deadlines and peaks of work;
- You have at least two years of professional experience.
