Accountemps is currently looking for a Billing Officer (M/F) for a client specialised in consulting.
The firm is situated in the centre of Brussels and is easily accessible with public transportation.
As Billing Officer (M/F), you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You invoice the mean project, fixed prices projects, fixed monthly fees projects, expenses… on a wide & diversified portfolio of clients;
- You maintain the client & project master files in the ERP;
- You maintain the sales documentation (collection of contracts, NDA, PO's…);
- You support the Sales teams by providing structured & ad hoc information;
- You work in close relationship with the accounting team and the remote administration center;
- You ensure complete & accurate revenue recognition of the portfolio.
The requested qualifications for this Billing Officer (M/F) position include:
- You hold a Bachelor degree in accounting;
- You have min. 2 years relevant experience in a Finance department;
- You have a very good knowledge of French and English (spoken & written). The knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
- You are curious and willing to do more than an accounting related position;
- You have excellent organizational skills;
- You are a hard worker and you are stress resistant.
