OfficeTeam is currently recruiting an HR Assistant (M/F).
The company is located in Zellik.
The scope of responsibilities for this position as HR Assistant includes:
- You interact with all departments and report to the HR Manager;
- You collect attendance of all workers for monthly salary calculation;
- You do the administrative handling of special cases;
- You are responsible for the legal aspects: writing of contracts, advising on employment law;
- You follow-up absences and holiday planning;
- You organize trainings and coaching's;
- You are responsible for the recruitment and selections process of workers.
The required qualifications for this position as HR Assistant are:
- You have a bachelor in HR and 5 years of professional experience;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
- You are familiar with MS Office, BOB or TAS;
- You have knowledge of the social legislation;
- You know the regulation about drivers driving time;
- You are immediately available.
