I started working for Accountemps in 1997, after my studies and a short career in insurances. I transferred to Robert Half Finance and Accounting to do permanent recruitment in 2000. By 2005, I had been put in charge of both Robert Half Finance and Accounting and the Robert Half Financial Services Group in our Brussels office. Recently, I also launched Robert Half Legal.

I graduated as an English/Spanish translator in 1998. I started working at Robert Half International through an advertisement. My first role was as an administrative assistant and I became administrative coordinator in March of 2005. I now coordinate ten administrative assistants and train new recruits. My job consists of supplying consultants with information on social regulations and procedures and orchestrating office duties.

I consciously chose a reputable company with a good structure and a solid financial background. My job has been made very enjoyable by the office's great atmosphere. We are constructively pushed to achieve with a diverse package of responsibilities. Communication is very honest and open and people are given multiple opportunities to prove themselves and to improve. This is a very ethical company which allows me to develop my career along with the growth of the company.
